FAQ
Popular Questions
Here are some of the most popular questions, answered, to help you use my site.
We’ve made booking a workshop very easy. Simply visit the workshop page you are interested in, select the number of places you wish to book, and then click Buy Now.
This will add you booking to the your basket and take you straight through to the checkout page, where you can pay your deposit.
No, we simply ask for a deposit.
The deposit is required as we often have to book trips and accommodation in advance. Without a deposit, we would not be able to secure your, or your groups, places.
If you cancel your booking, it’s therefore not always possible to get a full refund on your deposit. If we can fill your place(s), then there is a greater chance of this happening, but we cannot guarantee that.
We accept deposit payments via Paypal, and also through major debit and credit cards.
We will contact you to confirm the exact date or dates full balances or partial installments are due.
These can be paid via bank transfer.
We give you a general idea of what you should take on each workshop page, including both camera equipment and suggestions on clothing.
A notepad and a pen/pencil is always a good choice so that you can take notes during the day.
The vast majority of our workshops require very low levels of fitness. We certainly won’t be asking or expecting people to walk for miles to get to the shoot locations.
However, often due to the locations and areas we will be travelling in, there are fewer facilities and access routes for less abled bodied individuals.
